Green Man (Aug 16-18, 2013)
Set in the breathtaking Brecon Beacons national park in Wales, you can watch the sun come up over the Black Mountains as you soak up the magic of the headliners on the main stage. Green Man has been my favorite UK festival so far: small stages (still got that intimate feel) that are easy to navigate, friendly people (the Welsh are proving to be some of my favorite), non-anal security guards (no searching of bags), campfires allowed (campfire is my favorite smell in the world), GORGEOUS backdrop of the Black Mountains, and eclectic mix of quality music from all over the world (hidden gems on the verge of discovery!). Thanks for the awesome company, Leah Cross, Tess Riley, Rhys Kitchen, Thomas Keen. xxx
