Good Old War– SXSW, Austin (March 12, 2012)

This indie-folk trio (Good Old War) was one of my favorite new GEMS discovered at South By South West (SXSW) in Austin, TX this year, and turns our they’re from Philly! (like me…as confirmed from my accidental cameo in the background, haha)..They performed Woody’s Hood Boogie Woogie, a song from their newest album, Come Back as Rain, inside A VAN (as part of ‘Jam in the Van‘). Some of my favorite songs from their album are: Calling Me Names, Woody’s Hood Boogie Woogie, Over and Over, Loud Love. Check them out!
